Visit Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen is proud to represent a globally iconic golf destination. Located in Moore County, NC, the tourism bureau is the county’s official destination marketing organization, and develops and implements strategies that enhance the economic and brand value of tourism to the benefit of visitors and residents alike.
In 2024, Moore County ranked as the tenth highest tourism economy in North Carolina, generating $860 million annually in visitor spending. Tourism is the second largest employer in Moore County with nearly 6,300 people working in the industry that supports a multitude of local businesses inside the Home of American Golf.
