CHRISTMAS AT WEYMOUTH CENTER. 10am-4pm. The Women of Weymouth invite
the community to their annual fund raiser. Twenty-five rooms in the
Southern Historic Home of James and Katherine Boyd will be decorated for
the holidays by local garden clubs, professional decorators, florists
and individuals. Refreshments, musical entertainment throughout the day,
floral demonstrations on Friday and Saturday at 1pm. The cost of tickets is

familiar, heart-warming Dickens' classic. "A Christmas Carol" is
set Christmas Eve, 1843 at the home of Charles Dickens where family
and friends beseech Dickens to tell them a story. And so unfolds
this beloved Christmas tale with Scrooge, Marley, Tiny Tim and the
others coming to life through the collective imaginings of all present.

REINDEER FUN RUN. 9am. The First Annual Southern Pines Reindeer Fun Run
5k Run/Walk is a FUN community event with a goal of 400 participants
ranging from serious runners to recreational walkers, families, pets and
local businesses. The goal is to generate holiday cheer while raising
