the Wisdom of Strangers : The Voter's Self-Defense System".

of Project Vote Smart, Richard Kimball will focus on the creation of
the nation's first Voter's Self-Defense System, why it is necessary and
the programs and services it offers to citizens. Project Vote Smart,
non-partisan and non-profit, covering over 40,000 elected officials
