Fireworks on the First: Town of Robbins
Come out for Fireworks on the First with the Town of Robbins! The event will take place at the Robbins Greenspace from 5:00pm-10:00pm. Enjoy a family friendly celebration that will include live music, food, bouncy houses, glowsticks, fireworks and fun! Live music will be provided by The Magnificents Band from 6pm-9pm. The fireworks will begin at 9:15pm.

Fourth of July Picnic: Pinebluff
Join the Friends of Pinebluff at Pinebluff Park for a family-friendly picnic to celebrate the Fourth of July! There will be kayak races for the children, games and food from the grill. Come out for the fun.

Freedom Celebration at National Athletic Village
Come out to the National Athletic Village for a family-friendly Freedom Celebration. Enjoy kid-friendly games, activities and adventure tours. There will be live music from Dark Horse and the Meat n’ Greek food truck will be on site for the celebration. Enjoy the fireworks show at the end of the evening. Tickets range from $12-$35.

Independence Day Cornhole at Hatchet Brewing
Join Hatchet Brewing Company for their first annual Independence Day Cornhole Tournament! The cost is $40 per team play in a 32-team single elimination cornhole tournament. There will be four games going on at a time in 30-minute intervals. There will be a food truck on site, live music to enjoy and a bouncy house for the kids to join in on game day! Celebrating Independence: Concert & Fireworks in the Village of Pinehurst
The Village of Pinehurst will celebrate at the Pinehurst Harness Track for our annual Concert & Fireworks on Sunday, July 3!
To allow for more space to spread out, parking will be on the mile track and the fun will take place on the half-mile track. The only vehicle entry into the event is on Monticello Drive. We no longer have a drop-off area so please be prepared to carry all your items from the parking lot to the party.
The band, Liquid Pleasure, will be bringing the fun and excitement to people who want to have a great time. You are sure to be dancing all night with their multi-decade range of music and high-energy performance. Bounce houses and inflatables will keep the children entertained thanks to our kids’ zone sponsor, Carrie Kirby Premier Real Estate of the Sandhills.
Vendors will be on-site with a wide variety of food available for purchase. Jump in line early for Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, Jason’s Mini Donuts, Pita Perfect, Chirba Chirba Dumpling, Beefy Buns, Wildfire Wood Fired Pizza, the House of Odell & Luella, Cookies-N-Moore, Polar Ices, King Hot Dog, Ice Breakers SnoBall, Blasian Asian Way, Kona Ice and Jaya’s Indian Food Truck. Outside food is allowed but please remember this event is alcohol free. Gates open at 4:00pm for parking, the concert kicks off at 6:00pm, and fireworks begin at approximately 9:15pm.

Celebrating Independence: Parade in the Village of Pinehurst
Roll the celebration into the morning of July 4th with our annual Independence Day Parade! Help us fill the downtown streets with red, white, and blue while watching all the creative parade entries. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier, but all types of pets are welcome. Roads will be closed by 7:30am, patriotic pets will kick off the fun at 9:45am, and the official parade will get rolling at 10:00am. Following the parade, stick around Tufts Memorial Park for the Sandhills Farmers Market. The Sandhills Farmers Market features some of the many wonderful farms, nurseries, bakeries, meat and egg providers, cheesemakers, and specialty food producers our area has to offer.

Fourth of July Parade: Town of Carthage
All are invited for the annual Carthage 4th of July Parade! The event is hosted by the Rotary Club. Join in the celebration and fun. The Parade will start on Monroe Street and continue up 24/27 towards the old courthouse.

Fourth of July Parade: Village of Whispering Pines
Line up for the parade starts at 1:30pm in the parking lot of the Country Club of Whispering Pines. The parade will start and end at the Country Club of Whispering Pines parking lot. Decorate your car, golf cart, bicycle, stroller and yourself and join us for the parade.

Fun Family Fourth of July: Town of Aberdeen
Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of live entertainment, food vendors, and activities for all ages. Kid’s Zone tickets allow your child unlimited access to the rock-climbing wall, inflatable slides, bounce houses, obstacle course, and more. Grab your blankets and lawn chairs, and bring family and friends to enjoy one of the largest and most exciting fireworks displays in the area! Pets, alcoholic beverages, personal fireworks, and coolers are not allowed.
