Join us in the Great Room as we welcome the soprano-bassoon Duo Rose and Skirmante Kezyte on piano. Elizabeth Pacheco Rose, lyric soprano, and Saxton Rose, bassoon make up the Duo Rose. Saxton Rose is Dean of the UNC School of the Arts, principal bassoonist of the Winston-Salem Symphony and a member of the acclaimed New York-based wind quintet Zéphyros Winds. Elizabeth Pacheco Rose possesses an alluring stage presence with dramatic flexibility; whether singing Mimí, Pamina or Mélisande, she captures the essence of each role. Lithuanian pianist Skirmante Kezyte is sought after for chamber music and recitals with faculty from music institutions and performers across the United States and around the world.
