Peach Week 5k Fun Run to benefit FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund. 

Ruth Lyman Watkins vision began with the Cancer CARE Fund. Established in 2000, the Cancer CARE Fund was the first of The Foundation of FirstHealth’s Community CARE (Clinical, Advocacy, Resources and Education) Funds. Each of these Funds provides support, hope, and safe passage for patients and their families.

100% of the proceeds from this race will go directly to helping our community members navigate cancer needs. 

 

Cost for this race: $10 all proceeds go to FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund.

You will receive: Ice cream scoop from Stellar Scoops, healthy snacks, water bottles, sticker and additional giveaways.

There will be an award for the top:

• Male and Female Winners over 14
• Male and Female Winners under 14

 

Details about the Trail

Enjoy this walk/run along a 5k trails with modest inclines circling the Pinehurst community among the beautiful longleaf pines and community. This trail is gravel and pavement. 

 

The Race is being run by:

FirstHealth Fitness Pinehurst location in conjunction with Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area CVB.

Cancellations/Refunds:

 No Refunds will be given as this is a charity fundraiser with all funds going directly to the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund. We will have no way to refund you.

In the unlikely event the race is cancelled for any reason: gift bags can be picked up for up to 2 weeks after the scheduled event (July 31st) at:
