Writer-in-Residence Reading: Lee Smith

Join us as New York Times best-selling author Lee Smith brings her masterful storytelling magic to Weymouth. She’ll be reading from her new novel, Silver Alert, (Algonquin Books April 18, 2023), a story “full of hope and humor about not going away quietly—at any age.”
Smith’s works include short stories, a memoir, and nearly a dozen novels, including Fair and Tender Ladies, Oral History, Family Linen, Saving Grace, and the novella Blue Marlin. The Country Bookshop will be on-site selling Smith’s books.
Free and open to the public. Registration required.
