At Aloha Safari Park you will see a variety of different animals including, tigers, zebras, monkeys, lemurs and more! We are a non-government funded zoo that is home to hundreds of animals.

Dunrovin Country Store has been identified as Moore County’s largest and oldest country store located right on U.S. Hwy 1 in Vass, NC.

Dunrovin Country Store carries a wide variety of products such as homemade fudge, Amish food, baked goods, coffee, ice cream, old fashioned candies, homemade soaps, Wilma’s Snake Oil, organic and natural foods, loose teas, garden décor, year-round Christmas decorations and much more!

The goal was to bring a more vibrant shopping adventure by filling the store with unique, unusual, and exciting items that would not only appeal to the community, but would also retain the traditional look and feel of old fashioned country stores.

It was decided to build a park behind the store for people to go sit and chat, enjoy an ice cream, and enjoy the sounds of tropical birds.

Dunrovin’s Exotic Animal Sanctuary, the only 501c(3) non-profit exotic sanctuary in Moore County, NC, started with about 10 rescues and is now up to over 200!

Bottlebrush is a six-hole par 3 course located on the grounds of Longleaf Golf & Family Club (Host and Home to the US Kids and Teen’s World Championship). One of the first such “short courses” in the region, the holes range from 50 to 100 yards in length (about 450 yards total; see scorecard) and offers a wide variety of well-contoured and picturesque holes to challenge any player, and also be enjoyable and playable for all.

The Bill Bergin designed layout keeps in place a white furlong fence that was once part of the horse track and farm that encompassed the property. The nod to history is part of the charm, but so is the commitment to the future, as you’ll often find families and young players enjoying time together improving their skills, in fun competition, and mostly, just loving taking part in the game.

The largest walk-through zoo in the world with over 250 species of animals. The NC Zoo is popular with children. It is located about 45 minutes from Pinehurst but worth the drive!

WHAT IS INDOOR SKYDIVING?

In a word, indoor skydiving is flying! If you’ve ever dreamed of experiencing the freedom that skydivers have had for decades, then indoor skydiving is absolutely for you!

Indoor skydiving involves a vertical chamber (imagine a massive silo with windows) that has the most powerful fans you’ve ever seen, blowing lots of air into the tunnel from below. WHO CAN FLY?

This is the best part… nearly anyone! When jumping from an airplane, individuals must be at least 18 years of age. This isn’t the case with indoor skydiving. We routinely host entire families starting at age 3 through 93 and beyond! Participants need to be in generally good health with a reasonable fitness level to experience indoor skydiving.
