On Saturday, October 23rd, it’s the Fall-O-Ween festival at Malcolm Blue Farm in Aberdeen. Enjoy carnival games, inflatables, pony rides and treats for kids 15 and under. Admission is $5.00 for kids ages two through 15…

Also, on Saturday, if you plan to attend Farm Fest at Rubicon Farm, advance tickets are required. Go to Mirausa.org/events for tickets. Cost is $20.00 per person. Enjoy food, beverages and live music from McKenzie’s Mill. Proceeds from the event support providing guide dogs for blind children, so a great cause!

The Village of Pinehurst celebrates Oktoberfest on Saturday at Tufts Memorial Park from 4-9pm. There will be fun crafts and a Halloween costume showoff during Kinderfest from 4-6pm. At 6, the traditional Oktoberfest fun gets underway with food and German music from The Mountain Top Polka band.

The Corn Maze continues at Kalawi Farms in Eagle Springs. The maze will be open each Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October from 10am-7pm. Enjoy the maze, hayrides, jump pillow, super slide, a pumpkin patch and much more. Cost is $10 per person, ages under 2 are free. Go to Kalawifarm.net to reserve your two-hour time slot!

And on Sunday, Oct. 24th, the Boyd House at Weymouth Center in Southern Pines hosts Classical Music Sundays with Sol Eichner. His performance will highlight romantic and jazz-influenced compositions. For tickets, go to Weymouthcenter.org.
